Sense of Competition in Children

Topic:

Some people think that a sense of competition in children should be encouraged. Other believe that children who are taught to cooperate rather than compete become useful adults.

Competition is increasing day by day either in education or in professional life. Some people think that competition increases the mental ability in the children and it is benefit for them but on the other side some people believe that children who are taught to compromise rather than compete become more mature adults. Both the views are discussing below in the following paragraphs.
Primarily, education is necessary for both children and adults and it is also important for children that they engaged in such activities that there mental power increasing, and also they know the sense of competition in every field of life. For example, the renowned school Beacon House, in which the children doing competition with each other for getting good grades and also children doing competition in certain activities like sports, debates, games etc. the teachers also encouraged the students to develop their sense of ability.
Secondly, those who think that children taught to co-operate rather than compete become more useful adults are not becoming good adults. For instance Newton the renowned scientist was very weak and dumb student in his school life but later on scientist in the world. Also one clear example is Bill Gates; Bill Gates was dropped off by the university of Howard he was the dull student in his schooling system but after that he was day in and day out and became the owner of Microsoft office. He is currently working in his Information Technology field.
So, consequently, after discussing both the views in detail the conclusion I have to come is children should be encourage to compete with each other to increases their sense of humor as well as sense of ability rather than they taught to cooperate.
